Disclosing of corporate information

• We shall improve the transparency of Enterprise Management, inform the stockholder and the investor clearly of our corporate philosophy and company‘s basic principles, disclose appropriately corporate information such as business situation and financial situation, etc., request the opinion and the criticism from the stockholder and the investor to these informations, and with them communicate positively.
• We shall execute and disclose properly financial documents based on the Commercial Code and the asset securities reports based on the Securities and Exchange Law and other legal documents, and disclose appropriately an important corporate information at the right time through the securities exchange and the mass communication.
• We shall promote investors relations (IR) activity by holding the results briefing at any time, besides issuance of the stockholder communication and the Annual Report, etc.
• We shall disclose appropriately and widely the corporate information aiming at the society besides the stockholder and the investor by using various telecommunication networks such as the Internet etc.

Prohibition of insider dealings

• One who knows inside information of our company, related companies or customers shall not buy or sell the company's shares and corporate bond until the information is made public.
